ONE
Let’s connect! Complete an Online Wedding Consultation Form.
TWO
After completing the consultation, a phone or zoom call will be scheduled to discuss your wedding travel. We will coordinate all travel for your guests and maintain contact with the on-site Wedding Coordinator at the property.
If you would like to move forward, a $500 service fee will be due within 24 hours following our phone/zoom call.
THREE
Once we have secured a date, PM will provide three resorts from your destination choice and work with the on-site Wedding Coordinator to confirm your selected date.
FOUR
PM will then work with a supplier/resort to get the best rates available for your guests. With a group contract, we will secure a block of rooms (including amenities for the bride and groom that are offered through the hotel). The group contract allows your guests to pay a minimum deposit to hold their room choice and will guarantee their room reservation to attend your wedding! The final payment varies and will be explained in further detail while discussing the contract.

Travel insurance for all guests is included in their reservation.

FIVE
After we have established the pricing, I will put together the couple's own personal booking link which can be added to their wedding website of choice (Zola, The Knot, etc). This link will allow your guests to make their reservation request with ease and will provide all the details necessary for travel. Our communication and organization throughout the entire process is what makes a stress-free and enjoyable destination wedding.
